1. Who we are

BTEK Components MFG LLC ("BTEK", "we") is a Florida limited liability company located in Largo, Florida, USA. These Terms govern use of btekmfg.com (the "Site") and all quotations, orders and design services we provide.

2. Services

BTEK provides (a) electronic and mechanical product design services, produced by our design engineers with the assistance of AI tools; (b) sourcing of electronic components and materials from franchised, open-market and independent sources; and (c) placement and management of manufacturing with third-party manufacturing partners in the United States and overseas. BTEK does not represent that it manufactures goods in-house unless expressly stated in a written quotation.

3. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to prior sale and supplier availability. An order is accepted only upon BTEK's written confirmation. Prices exclude taxes, duties, freight and insurance unless stated. Non-cancellable / non-returnable (NCNR) terms apply to custom, programmed, obsolete and open-market items.

4. Design services and deliverables

Design packages (schematics, PCB files, BOMs, specifications, drawings) are delivered for the customer's stated application. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, BTEK retains ownership of its methods, libraries and tooling, and grants the customer a perpetual license to use and manufacture the delivered design upon full payment. AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by BTEK engineers, but the customer remains responsible for final verification, qualification and regulatory approval of any product.

5. Sourcing, provenance and warranty

Franchised parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Open-market and independent-source parts are supplied with BTEK's inspection and traceability records and are warranted only to be as described for 30 days from delivery. BTEK's sole liability is replacement or refund of the nonconforming item. BTEK follows counterfeit-avoidance practices consistent with AS6081 / AS5553 principles but does not guarantee results beyond the stated inspection.

6. Manufacturing partners

Manufacturing is performed by qualified third-party partners selected by BTEK. Partner quotations submitted through BTEK are subject to the partner's capacity and BTEK's acceptance. Lead times are estimates.

7. Payment

Terms are prepayment unless credit has been approved in writing. Late balances accrue 1.5% per month. Card payments may require a signed authorization form.

8. Export compliance and ITAR/EAR

Products, technical data and design packages may be controlled under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The customer agrees not to export, re-export or transfer any item or technical data except in compliance with U.S. law, and to provide end-use and end-user information on request. BTEK screens parties against U.S. restricted-party lists and may decline any transaction. BTEK Components MFG LLC is not currently registered with the U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and does not accept orders for ITAR-controlled defense articles or technical data. Where a requirement involves ITAR-controlled items, BTEK will either decline the order or fulfil it through a DDTC-registered partner.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTEK is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits, or the cost of recall or rework. BTEK's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the goods or services giving rise to the claim.

10. Supplier and partner registrations

Information submitted through supplier or manufacturing-network registration forms may be stored and used to match capabilities against requests for quotation. Registration does not create an obligation on BTEK to award work.

11. Intellectual property and site use

Site content, logos and the BTEK name are property of BTEK or its licensors. Part data in the catalog is provided for reference; manufacturer datasheets govern. Automated scraping of the Site is prohibited without written permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Exclusive venue is the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
